Training
All our staff undergo a training schedule as indicated by the unit standard ..................... This training involves all aspects of domestic cleaning before the cleaning operative is allowed to accompanied the team to work closely under supervision in clients homes. For this period the operative will not conduct any work without direct supervision and is constantly under evaluation.
It is only after the practical evaluation that the operative will be schedulled to act as a reliever, during this time the principles of our training will be inbedded in the operative by testing and evaluating and corrective actions.
